1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 88fbc platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any future amendments published on this page. If you are using the platform on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms — however, 88fbc accounts may only be opened and operated by the individual whose identity is verified through KYC.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the 88fbc Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to the 88fbc platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 88fbc strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21, consistent with responsible gaming best practices applicable in the Bangladesh market.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity). Each individual may hold only one 88fbc account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Providing false information, including false date of birth, is a material breach of these terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by 88fbc. Players who have self-excluded from the platform and subsequently attempt to re-register are in breach of these terms.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 88fbc or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors.

88fbc reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended, and any withdrawals pending during the verification period may be withheld until the process is complete.

3Account Registration and Security

To access real-money services on 88fbc, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid mobile phone number registered in your name, a date of birth, and a secure password. 88fbc will send a one-time verification code to the mobile number provided to confirm ownership. Accounts are personal to the individual registrant and must not be shared, transferred, or sold.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (mobile number and password) and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify 88fbc immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting [email protected]. 88fbc will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.

• Players may close their account at any time by contacting 88fbc customer support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be withdrawn to the player's verified payment method after completion of any pending KYC requirements.

88fbc does not charge account registration, maintenance, or closure fees. Transaction fees, if any, are determined by the relevant payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) and are outside 88fbc's control.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

88fbc accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay (instant mobile wallet transfers); City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank (bank transfer, up to 24-hour processing); and Visa and Mastercard (for players who hold international payment cards). All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

The minimum deposit amount at 88fbc is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and by account verification tier. Players who have not yet completed KYC may have lower withdrawal limits until identity verification is confirmed.

• Deposits are credited to your 88fbc account balance within one to two minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) under normal network conditions. 88fbc is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's network or by banking system downtime.
• Withdrawals from 88fbc are processed to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad) typically within 15 minutes to a few hours after approval of a KYC-verified withdrawal request. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. 88fbc reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• 88fbc only processes withdrawals to a payment method previously used by the player for deposits, or to a payment method verified in the player's name during KYC. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited to prevent money laundering and unauthorized fund transfers.
• All deposits to 88fbc must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Any funds deposited from an account not belonging to the registered player will be returned where possible, and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

In cases where 88fbc suspects a deposit or withdrawal transaction to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity, 88fbc reserves the right to freeze the transaction and associated account funds pending investigation and, where required, to report the transaction to relevant authorities.

Bonus funds credited to a player's account are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the rollover requirement will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Full wagering requirement details are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.

5Bonuses, Promotions, and Welcome Offer

88fbc may from time to time offer bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published at the time of the promotion. The general bonus terms set out in this section apply to all 88fbc promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

The 88fbc welcome bonus offers eligible new players a 100% match bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first real-money deposit. To qualify for the welcome bonus, players must opt in via the promotions panel on their account dashboard before or during their first deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to the following general conditions:

• The welcome bonus is available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method. Players who hold or have held a previous 88fbc account are not eligible for the new player welcome bonus.
• Bonus funds are credited to the player's account after the qualifying deposit is confirmed. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount (e.g., a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total qualifying wagers before any withdrawal).
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Any bonus funds and associated winnings remaining in the account after the 30-day validity period expires will be forfeited without further notice.
• 88fbc reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, including the welcome bonus, with or without prior notice. Any amendment will not affect bonuses already in progress where the player has already begun meeting the wagering requirement.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time. Depositing during an active bonus period will not trigger a second bonus unless the existing bonus has expired or the wagering requirement has been met in full.

88fbc reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings in the event that the platform determines a player has engaged in abuse of the bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated play strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.

6Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All casino games available on the 88fbc platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. Game results are independent, random, and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including 88fbc. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are provided by the respective game studio and represent the theoretical long-term payout rate across all players.

Sports betting markets, including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other covered tournaments, are governed by specific sportsbook rules. In the event of a dispute over a bet settlement, the version of the rules in force at the time the bet was placed will apply. The following general sportsbook rules apply to all markets:

• Bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after acceptance, except where 88fbc explicitly offers a cash-out feature for a specific market.
• In the event of a match or event abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the sportsbook rules applicable to the specific sport and market type. For cricket, interrupted matches settled under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method will be treated as valid results.
• 88fbc reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a palpable pricing error, a data feed error, or where the market was offered in error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per day may apply to certain markets. These limits will be displayed in the relevant market or communicated via customer support upon request. 88fbc reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at its discretion.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88fbc platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one 88fbc account, whether using different personal details, different devices, or different payment methods. All accounts belonging to the same individual will be treated as duplicate accounts.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play casino games, or interact with any part of the 88fbc platform in a manner not permitted by 88fbc for ordinary human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting across platforms, or any coordinated betting strategy designed to exploit pricing errors or gain an unfair advantage over the platform.
• Using the 88fbc platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, or any other illegal financial activity. 88fbc cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will provide account and transaction information upon lawful request.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 88fbc platform software, including game code, RNG systems, odds calculation engines, or payment processing modules.
• Registering on behalf of another person, allowing another person to use your account, or in any way facilitating access to the platform by an ineligible person (including a person under 21 years of age).

88fbc's determination as to whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final. Players who dispute a conduct-related account action may appeal by contacting [email protected] with full supporting documentation. All appeals will be reviewed within 10 business days.

8Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership interest in or licence to use 88fbc intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to use the platform as an ordinary registered player.

Game content provided by third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is licensed to 88fbc for display on the platform. Players may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any game content.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88fbc's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. 88fbc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

88fbc does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party service failures (including payment provider downtime or game studio connectivity issues) may temporarily affect platform availability. 88fbc will use reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible in the event of an outage but accepts no liability for losses incurred by players as a result of platform unavailability.

11Privacy and Data Protection

88fbc collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these terms by reference. By registering on 88fbc, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 88fbc uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies industry-standard security practices to protect stored player data. 88fbc does not sell player personal data to third parties.

12Amendments to These Terms

88fbc reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with the updated effective date. Where an amendment materially affects player rights or obligations, 88fbc will endeavour to provide advance notice via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the 88fbc platform after an amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform before the amended terms take effect and contact 88fbc support to close your account and request withdrawal of any remaining balance. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of all current terms.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law and the internal policies of 88fbc. In the event of a dispute between a player and 88fbc, the player should first contact 88fbc customer support at [email protected] and provide full details of the dispute in writing. 88fbc will investigate and respond to all disputes within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct correspondence, 88fbc may refer the matter to an independent third-party dispute resolution service. 88fbc does not make specific claims regarding regulatory approval from any Bangladeshi government body.
